Terms of Service

HAIO provides experimental AI-assisted storyboard and short-form video generation tools. Outputs may depend on third-party model providers, 0G services, blockchain networks, wallets, and payment processors.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when needed for security, availability, legal compliance, provider availability, or abuse prevention.

You are responsible for your login credentials, wallet security, transaction approvals, and any activity under your account.

0G direct payments must be sent from a wallet linked to your HAIO account. Transactions from unlinked wallets may not be credited automatically.

Credits are a limited, revocable license to use HAIO features. Credits are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, securities, or a deposit account.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or 0G. Purchased credits are final except where required by law or expressly stated in the Credit and Refund Policy.

Generation features may reserve or hold credits while work is pending. Held credits may be returned to your HAIO account if HAIO cannot deliver the requested operation according to the applicable product flow.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. HAIO does not store full card numbers. 0G payments are executed through your wallet and are public blockchain transactions.

For 0G direct payments, you must pay the exact quoted amount to the quoted treasury address before the automatic settlement window ends. Gas fees, wrong-network transfers, underpayments, overpayments, duplicate payments, and transfers without a valid quote may not be recoverable.

You are responsible for prompts, reference images, instructions, and other content you provide. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or violates another person's rights.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other generated content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.

Do not use HAIO to violate law, evade payment controls, exploit credit or payment systems, reverse engineer private systems, interfere with service availability, or generate content that violates provider policies.

We may block, suspend, remove, or limit accounts, projects, payments, or outputs when we believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, chargeback risk, legal risk, or policy violation.

HAIO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model behavior, exact visual results, token prices, blockchain finality times, storage availability, or commercial suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost credits caused by your wallet error, or losses from third-party services.

We may update these Terms as the product, payment flows, provider requirements, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the document changed.
