Privacy Policy

We may collect account identifiers, authentication data from our login provider, email address if provided, linked wallet addresses, prompts, reference images, reference instructions, storyboards, generated media, project metadata, and support messages.

We may also collect payment metadata, credit ledger records, 0G transaction hashes, Stripe Checkout identifiers, device information, IP address, browser data, logs, and security events needed to operate and protect HAIO.

We use information to operate HAIO, authenticate accounts, generate storyboards and videos, process credits and payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, debug errors, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to understand usage, improve product quality, and monitor system health.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. HAIO does not store full card numbers. We store payment status and metadata needed to reconcile purchased credits with your HAIO account.

0G direct payments use public blockchain transactions. Wallet addresses, recipient addresses, token amounts, transaction hashes, block data, and related network data may be publicly visible and outside HAIO's control.

Prompts, reference images, reference instructions, storyboards, generated media, and related metadata may be sent to AI model providers, storage services, infrastructure providers, and 0G-related services as needed to provide HAIO features.

Some generated outputs, proofs, or storage records may be retained or publicly accessible depending on whether you publish the project, add it to Explore, or use a feature that creates a public proof.

We retain account, credit, payment, project, security, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, and maintain product reliability.

Reference images used only for a generation flow may be deleted after they are no longer needed for that flow, but copies may persist temporarily in backups, logs, provider systems, or immutable public networks outside HAIO's direct control.

You can choose not to upload reference images, not to publish projects, and not to connect a wallet unless a feature requires it.

You may request account or project deletion through HAIO's official support channel. We may retain records where needed for security, legal compliance, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or immutable blockchain records.

HAIO is not directed to children under 13. Do not use HAIO or submit personal information if you are under 13.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as HAIO, providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the document changed.
