Credit and Refund Policy

Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or where HAIO confirms a duplicate charge or HAIO-controlled billing error.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, 0G, cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or any stored-value equivalent. Credits are only for eligible HAIO features.

Some HAIO features hold credits while a storyboard, revision, or render is running. This is not a cash refund process.

If HAIO cannot complete an operation after its retry budget and no billable deliverable was produced, held credits may be returned to your HAIO account balance.

If a video render has started with a third-party generation provider, credits may remain held while HAIO recovers the provider task, downloaded output, or local proof state.

0G direct payments must match the active HAIO quote exactly: payer wallet, treasury address, chain, quoted amount, and settlement window.

Underpayments, overpayments, wrong-network transfers, wrong-recipient transfers, expired quote payments, duplicate payments, and transfers without a valid quote may not be credited automatically and may not be refundable.

Blockchain gas fees are paid to the network and are never refundable by HAIO. Confirm all wallet transaction details before signing.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. If Stripe confirms a successful Checkout Session, HAIO grants the purchased credit amount to the logged-in HAIO account attached to that checkout session.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, suspected fraud, or processor disputes may result in account review, credit removal, suspension, or loss of access to generated work until the issue is resolved.

Credits spent on completed storyboard generation, AI beat revision, rendered video, proof generation, or other successfully delivered features are not returned because the compute, provider, and storage work has already been performed.

Dissatisfaction with creative direction, model style, prompt interpretation, subjective quality, latency, or third-party provider behavior does not create a refund right unless required by law.

Some payments may require manual review, including transactions outside the automatic settlement window, transactions with conflicting metadata, duplicate transaction hashes, or suspected abuse.

Manual review does not guarantee a refund, credit grant, or recovery of incorrectly sent funds.
